SHIPPING

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and service selected. Most orders are shipped no later than the next business day after your order is received and successfully processed. In rare cases, your order may take a few days to ship from our warehouse. If you ordered express shipping service, we will contact you if we are unable to ship within one business day.

If you are located in the USA, your package will be shipped from a warehouse in South Carolina via a major courier (usually USPS or FEDEX) unless otherwise requested. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes 4-6 days but can take up to 3 weeks during peak holiday shipping times or if you live in a rural area, although this is rare. Our express shipping option typically takes 2-3 business days. Overnight / Next Day shipping is available to most areas.

If you are located in Canada, your package will be shipped from SC or PR via USPS (Expedited Ground). Credit Card Processing and Taxes Credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement under the name "TanklessHQ" All orders for US customers are processed in US dollars. All orders for Canadian customers are processed in Canadian dollars, via our payment gateway: Paypal

There are no taxes charged to any customers outside the US or South Carolina. An 8% tax will apply for purchases made in SC.

Accordingly, any and all disputes arising from this transaction may only be settled in a relevant court in the Marion County, SC.

Prior to ordering, customers are responsible to ensure that the model they plan to purchase will meet their flow rate needs and that their home has sufficient electrical capacity to support the installation of the selected model (Electrical Requirements).
