Manufacturer's Warranty Information and Troubleshooting All Marey and Santon tankless water heaters are carefully inspected and tested (for both heating performance and leaks) prior to leaving the factory to ensure that they conform to the manufacturer's standards.
MANUFACTURER'S RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL WARRANTY: MAREY WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER THE TANKLESS GAS OR ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SHOULD THE PART(S) PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE DURING THIS PERIOD, MAREY HEATER CORP. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DETECTIVE PART(S) ONLY. MAREY HEATER CORP. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR CHARGES TO REMOVE AND/OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART(S), OR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL EXPENSES.

THE OWNER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE, AND TO PAY ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PART(S) OR TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATER FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. WARRANTY IS VOID IF WATER HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR USED IMPROPERLY OR IF DESIGN HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

Return Policy
Prior to ordering, customers are responsible to ensure that the model they plan to purchase will meet their flow rate needs and that their home has sufficient electrical capacity to support the installation of the selected model (Electrical Requirements). IF in doubt, call us or speak with your licensed plumber or electrician.
Uninstalled units may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of 20% and all original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please see below regarding return procedure. If you are not able to install your unit within 30 days of purchase due to new home construction or renovation delays, we will generally grant an extension of up to an additional 60 days (90 days from purchase), however, it is critical that you call us in advance to receive approval (sorry, no exceptions).
Units that have been installed cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that a Marey, or Santon tankless water heater does not satisfy your water heating needs, please call us immediately. In most cases, we can identify the problem and quickly solve it. Marey Heater Corp. has an excellent technical support resources and warranty department that can resolve any technical problem.
Return procedure: It is important that you contact us in advance for a return address and Merchandise Return Form. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Return shipments not clearly marked with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) may be refused or not properly credited to your account. We recommend that all packages returned to us or the manufacturer be insured and that you obtain a tracking number from your shipping provider. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed following receipt of your heater at our warehouse.
